Excellent customer service and for not having an account to cash a business check..no FEE! I was also informed and not aggressively about the features and benefits of their free checking accounts as I was conducting business...no pressure to sign on at a bank..how refreshing...
Went in to open a checking account. Sat in the lobby where you wait to be served for 15 mins they walked by me several times without saying a word. Went up to a teller and said I wanted to open an account. She told me to have a seat where I had been waiting and someone would be with me shortly. Sat there another 15 mins before I decided to leave. Not a single person in the offices had a customer. I was flat out ignored.
