I know making profit is important for your company, but should not hurt customers' interests.
This week my poor Dodge finally died. Mike and Sean have been so helpful with looking at the Dodge, my new Mazda, and were nice enough to let me keep my Dodge at the shop for a day while I arranged for a junk yard to get it. And thank you to Regina too for the many calls I made to make appointments and arrangements. Your guys are the best!
Mike, the manager, is very knowledgeable and did everything within his power to get me the best deal. Shane was the tech that worked on my car. My man Shane!!! This guy found something that actually saved me over $300. I do believe I've found my go-to mechanics. Great group of guys, superb customer service.
Have been coming to Midas on Knox Abbott for the past year to get oil changes and car repairs. Every time has been a great experience. Service is prompt and thorough, and the people are nice. I REALLY appreciate that the mechanics will take me to my car, point out and explain any maintenance that needs to be done and why. They are very accommodating.

I'm very disappointed since they came recommended.
There was a nail on my tire. They checked and said it can't be repaired. Then they try to sell me a tire over 300 bucks. I just thought it's a trick, so I left without replacing the tire.......At the same day, i have the tire fixed by walmart at $10. Although they didn't charge me for the checking, they just would like make more money by replacing the tire.
There is something about being told one thing and it not being followed through on kinda bothers me.
I am never going anywhere else!
The guys is nice and friendly. But I have a question about their professional.
Woke up to a car that wouldn't start. When I finally got it going, I tried to get it to Nissan(kept cutting off while I was driving). Nissan couldn't guarantee me that they could take a look at it within the next two days due to being overbooked and understaffed and of course they did not have a loaner car. I immediately had my car brought to Midas in Cayce. I was in and out within just a few hours....it was just the battery. HUGE thank you to Jason and Shane who jumped right on it and got it taken care of!
