I received fast service the day I visited. I’m assuming because I was the only one there and it was 30 minutes before closing. I received xrays(not helpful) I was diagnosed and received a script. However I have been in more pain than before. Dr. On duty,Burzhart? Is very unprofessional. I spoke with him about my level of pain days later and asked if we could do something different? Well, he only suggested I take an OTC Med like Aleve or ibuprofen. I made multiple phone calls and I finally got set up for physical therapy. To my surprise, Dr. B wanted me to come back and get checked out again. Why? Not only am I having pain in my right knee but the left as well. Save your time and money..go somewhere else!!
EVERYONE was a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Buzhardt is especially careful to make sure he treats a patient as a person rather than a task. Dr. Buzhardt is also a wonderful communicator using patience and eye contact to ensure the patient understands in everyday language what options there are as well as treatment during and after the visit.
I came into the office with CHEST PAINS on a Saturday. I left work early because of it, and came straight here. There was one other patient in the waiting room. The wait time? Three hours. Three hours for chest pains? That's absurd. To top it off, the woman at the check in said that it was "probably stress related" before I was ever seen. I will never go here again.
Dr, Buzhardt and his staff are a great asset to the organization and personally, I believe that Dr. Buzhardt could teach the human side of patient care to many others in the organization (particularly some of the other doctors).
This place is terrible they were closing early for no reason and sent me to another location saying it was a 30 minute wait when the wait was 3 hours
I would not recommend this location, seems to be very poorly managed! Walked in at 1:00pm and was informed this location would not be taking in anymore patients after 2:00pm. At 1:35pm the staff informs everyone waiting, some for an hour, that they would not be seen today and that this location would be closing by 2:00pm, which is six hours early. Seems there is a lack of communication among the staff and/or a simple lack of respect for a patients time.
