Fairly newly looking Pilot... It is a smaller scale Pilot.. South Carolina has a parking ordinance 1 hour parking as for cars in the front area.... So if you pull in here planning to take a quick nap... Be aware.... Also you have some guys always lingering around begging... But all in all it's a decent Pilot
I paid for the so called Prime Parking 6 hours before I arrived. Once I got here I dove around the tight lot to find there was no parking spots. I called in and told the lady that answered that I had already paid for parking. Once she confirmed that I did she told me they had spots open. She sent a guy out to see if everybody paid. The guy came and asked me was I the one looking for a spot. He then said I'll do my best to find you one. I waited and waited. He never came back and said anything to me. After an hour had passed I called customer service. The guy on the phone also said they had spots available. I was placed on hold for about 15 min. He got back on the phone and told me some how they over booked. That their system didn't update. He told me to go inside the store the manager will refund my money. At this time I'm pissed off. I asked him where am I suppose to park at 3 in the morning. He said he's sorry. Wtf sorry!!!! I'm out of time and sleepy and tired. Right now I'm parked at the exit from this horrible place getting dirty looks from other drivers. This is the worst pilot I've ever been to. Will never come here again. # PISSED OFF TRUCKER
