They say 1.25 a shirt but will charge 1.85 even with 15 dollars. They begrudgingly gave me a refund. They actually kept 3 at the 1.85 because i brought 3 shirts back an hour later to add to order and picked up same day. They said it was only 2 dollars. They also tried to keep tax on refund. Things like that bother me 2 dollars to make a customer happy
Horrible quality control, if you value your clothes look somewhere else. Breaking and smashing buttons on shirts seems to be their specialty.
I've used them for 25 years and never had a minute's trouble. They are also great in that you can usually pick up your laundry the same day if you get it in there at a reasonable hour.
Worst Dry cleaners that I've ever visited in my entire life. Took my brand new dress there to be dry cleaned to wear to a family affair out of town. My husband went to pick up dry cleaning and my BRAND NEW dress was damaged. Then they didn't even have the decency to inform him of the damage when the items were picked up. After speaking with the manager I was told that I had to contact the company who made the article(isn't that crazy). I took the situation in my own hands and contacted my Attorney, Better Business Bureau, Dry Cleaning Complaints Arbitration Services and the local news. They might have gotten away with treating other customers this way but they just messed with the wrong customer this time. We will be going to court if neccessary. I warn everyone PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!!!!! IT'S A POOR EXCUSE FOR A DRY CLEANERS !!!!!!!!
