The new manager was nice. We did get our things what was left. I will always b iffy about renting from any uhauls due to my privacy and our things being stolen by the employees of this branch
I have always used this location when I haved moved locally or out of State. They always stand behind what they say which means a lot, and they even email you the details. Great folks to deal with friendly and experienced.
Walked in to get a part I was told was in stock by a different Uhaul location. First, they were eating lunch at the desk and acted like I was interrupting them. Second, once I said what I needed, they said they don't have it and they have to order. I told them I was told it was here and the girl rolled her eyes at me. After 20 minutes of looking they still didn't find it. Worst experience with Uhaul I've ever had!
